Important notice to all users:

1. Promoter

1.1 The promoter is Measurable LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (the “Promoter”).1.2 The Promoter’s registered office address is Fountain House - 8th Floor, 2 Queens Walk, Reading, Berkshire, RG1 7QF.

2. Promotion Period

2.1 The promotion runs from 15th December 2025 to 31st March 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

2.2 Only qualifying sales invoiced by the Promoter within the Promotion Period will be counted.

3. Eligibility

  1. 3.1 The promotion is open to approved Reseller Partners and Introducer Partners of the Promoter located in the United Kingdom and Ireland (“Participants”).3.2 Participation is strictly business-to-business. Individual consumers are not eligible.3.3 Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

4. Qualifying Criteria

4.1 Participants will qualify for a reward when they buy from the Promoter or introduce deals which are invoiced by the Promoter equaling a total of 1,000 qualifying units (“Qualifying Units”) within the Promotion Period.

4.2 “Qualifying Units” refers to sales of Measurable LTD products or services that:a) are invoiced by Measurable LTD to the end customer within the Promotion Period;b) are not subject to cancellation, refund, credit, or non-payment; andc) comply with any applicable reseller or introducer agreement.4.3 For every additional 1,000 Qualifying Units, the Participant will earn one additional reward. For example, 2,000 Qualifying Units = 2 rewards.4.4 There is no upper limit on the number of rewards a Participant may earn.4.5 Only invoiced sales recorded by Measurable LTD’s internal systems will be used to verify totals. The Promoter’s records are final.

5. Reward

  1. 5.1 Each reward consists of a Weekend Break at Center Parcs worth up to £2,000 (“Reward”).5.2 The Reward may be provided as:a) a pre-booked package; orb) a voucher, credit, or equivalent mechanism enabling the booking of a Center Parcs weekend break,at the Promoter’s discretion.5.3 The Reward is issued to the Participant, who may determine which employee, contractor, or other representative of its business receives or uses the Reward.5.4 Any tax liability, benefit-in-kind reporting, or internal approval process arising from the Reward shall be paid to the Partner only after the reward has been redeemed.5.5 A cash alternative of £2,000 is available upon request.

6. Verification and Awarding of Rewards

  1. 6.1 Rewards will be confirmed after the close of the Promotion Period once invoiced sales have been verified.6.2 The Promoter will notify qualifying Participants within 30 days of the Promotion Period ending.6.3 The Promoter reserves the right to withhold or withdraw a Reward if:a) the Participant has breached any agreement with the Promoter;b) any Qualifying Units are later cancelled, refunded, or unpaid; orc) the Promoter suspects fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the promotion.

7. General Conditions

  1. 7.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion where necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control, but will honour Rewards already earned.7.2 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs, expenses, travel, insurance, upgrades, or incidental charges not expressly included in the Reward.7.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from a Participant’s involvement in this promotion or from taking up the Reward.7.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.7.5 The promotion and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
